Installation Questions
First of all, you will need an internet connection, WizzyMotion is a Cloud Application and does not work offline.
You will also need to have an Adobe product compatible with WizzyMotion.
WizzyMotion is compatible with:
Premiere Pro versions CC2019 (v13.1.5), CC2020, CC2021 or higher. (Win or Mac)
After Effects versions CC2019, CC2020, CC2021 or higher. (Win or Mac)
Then just download the installer compatible with your operating system (Win / Mac) and run as an administrator.
Yes. WizzyMotion is a Cloud Application and will not work until your internet connection is active.
WizzyMotion was developed in this way to save space on your Hard Drive.
Make sure that no Firewall or Antivirus is blocking Adobe Applications from accessing the internet.
The installers were created by our friend (and Jedi Master) Davide Barranca.

And it has all the security certificates authorized by Windows and Mac.
What could be happening?
1 – Do you have administrator permissions to install stuff on this computer?
If you are on Windows, right click and run as administrator.
On Mac, your password will likely be required before installing.
If you are still unable to install, please send an email to support@wizzymotion.com and we will be happy to install it remotely for you. (using teamviewer)
Managing Your Account
Before you can download WizzyMotion or any Pack, you will see a pop-up on the screen with the option “Create New Free Account”. Just fill in the fields, agree to the Terms and you already have an account. You will need to use the same email and password to log in to WizzyMotion when using Premiere Pro or After Effects.

WizzyMotion is a 100% free extension and always will be.
With it you can use hundreds of free templates and soundfx. (respecting daily limits)
But you can also preview and use Premium Packs that can be purchased separately. However, all options will always be at your disposal for you to find what you need for your project. If you do not have the pack where the desired template is located, you will be redirected to the place where you can download or purchase it (if it is a Premium Pack).
On the WizzyMotion login page you will see a password recovery link, just click, enter your registered email and you will receive a link by email so that you can choose a new password.
You can install WizzyMotion on as many computers as you like. But you will only be able to log in to two computers simultaneously. If a third login is made, the previous ones will be automatically logged out.
If any of your login sessions are disconnected without you having logged on to a third computer, we suggest that you change your password immediately.
You will only need to connect your Envato / VideoHive account if you want to use the Purchased Premium Packs.
This verification system makes it much easier to validate your purchases, just connect the accounts once and you won’t need to keep typing Purchase Codes for WizzyMotion compatible Packs.
Make sure to connect your WizzyMotion account with exactly the same account that made the Pack Purchase at Envato Marketplace.
WizzyMotion allows only one Envato / VideoHive account to be synchronized at a time.
If you need to disconnect an Envato account, go to your WizzyMotion Settings and click on the “Disconnect Envato” button.
The free daily import limits are reset every 24 hours.
But if you install at least one Premium Pack on WizzyMotion you will become unlimited and will be able to use all Free Packs without any daily limitations.
